Welcome to paradise! Comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious condo with full kitchen and full sized dining table.  Living room has a leather sofa and loveseat with recliners, another reclining chair, electric fireplace and smart tv. Master bedroom has a king size bed, sliding door to oceanfront back deck, private master bath with walk in shower and smart tv.  Second bedroom is located at the end of a 15 foot long hallway creating lots of privacy for all and has a queen bed  and full over full bunk bed with a smart tv. The second bath is just outside the second bedroom.  There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the hall laundry area.

Your back deck has four large chairs as well as bar type table with chairs where you can eat or play games.  You can enjoy amazing sunrise views, watch shrimp boats go by, or just enjoy the variety of wildlife you can see from the deck.  Pelicans fly by at the height of the unit and on some days you can see dolphin pods fairly close to the beach.  The sound of the waves will provide the background music to your entire stay.  You can step out your front door and see amazing sunset views from the front walkways of the building over the intracoastal waterway.

There is a spacious entry hall where you can keep all your beach items.  The complex is very safe with many residents who live there as their primary residence.  The complex feels more like a neighborhood than a "resort" and as a result the only noise you hear is from the guests at the pool which closes at sunset.
